Bircher museli



Free from - Egg, Fish, Milk, Gluten, Nuts, Refined Sugar, Sesame & Soya

Serves 4





Since having kids I find that brunch is a really good meal to have people over for. I also find that I have no time to prepare anything. I love this recipe as I can make it the night before and it is super quick. If you are also the industrious type then you could make it as your general breakfast. I have used apple and raisins but you could add in any fruit you like


Ingredients


  • 2 Apples
  • 200g Porridge Oats
  • 500ml Oat Milk
  • 2 Handfuls of Raisins
  • 2 large pinches of Ground Cinnamon
  • Splash of Vanilla Essence
  • Squeeze of Lemon Juice (optional)

Utensils

  • Large Bowl
  • Grater

Method

  1. Grate the apples (bar the core) and place in the large bowl. Add in the rest of the ingredients, stir to combine.
  2. Cover the bowl and place in the fridge overnight
  3. Stir again before serving
