Bircher museli
Free from - Egg, Fish, Milk, Gluten, Nuts, Refined Sugar, Sesame & Soya

Since having kids I find that brunch is a really good meal to have people over for. I also find that I have no time to prepare anything. I love this recipe as I can make it the night before and it is super quick. If you are also the industrious type then you could make it as your general breakfast. I have used apple and raisins but you could add in any fruit you like
Ingredients
- 2 Apples
- 200g Porridge Oats
- 500ml Oat Milk
- 2 Handfuls of Raisins
- 2 large pinches of Ground Cinnamon
- Splash of Vanilla Essence
- Squeeze of Lemon Juice (optional)
Utensils
- Large Bowl
- Grater
Method
- Grate the apples (bar the core) and place in the large bowl. Add in the rest of the ingredients, stir to combine.
- Cover the bowl and place in the fridge overnight
- Stir again before serving
