My name is Antonia, I am a parent, a wife, a small business owner and chief caterer to a family of terrible dinner guests. We don't fight, spit or put our elbows on the table (we are all too scared of my Mum to do that) but we do all argue about politics, several of us are always late and worst of all we have a range of allergies, none of which match. I can't do anything about the time keeping (bar ineffectively shouting at my husband) and the politics is entrenched within us but I can at least make us something to eat. So here are some of the recipes that I use to make sure everyone gets fed!

Low Fodmap
This is a particularly complicated diet and the changing nature of information means that sometimes food amounts can change from when the recipe is published. We encourage you to check quantities. Alongside this, I use food that is amber in my dishes, so it may not be suitable for you if you are on the exclusion part of the diet, likewise it is important you stick to serving portions to avoid overloading. Finally, I use lactose in higher amounts than are specified in the diet, due to a lot of fodmappers being able to manage lactose. If you malabsorb lactose though then please check that recipes are milk free too.
